What is Integrative Medicine?

Integrative medicine combines evidence-based Western care with prevention and practical lifestyle support. We focus on keeping you well, not just treating illness. Through strong, long-term relationships, we take time to listen, understand your full health picture, and partner with you in thoughtful decision-making.

What is Direct Primary Care?

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a straightforward membership model. You pay one monthly fee for comprehensive primary care — no insurance billing for routine visits. We chose DPC to protect time, access, and continuity. That means longer appointments, direct communication with your care team, and proactive support.

What About Health Insurance?

You do not need insurance to join. Many members keep insurance for emergencies or hospital care, but use their membership for everyday primary care. Even if you have insurance, membership often saves money — no co-pays, plus wholesale labs, reduced-cost procedures, and discounted medications.
